WELCOME INFO
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to our site! Here is some handy information for your arrival.
Arrival 3-4pm
Please do not arrive before 3pm! If you do arrive in the area before 3pm we recommend the beautiful walk around Whittenham Clumps, which can be reached via the free carpark at Earth Trust, Little Wittenham, OX14 4QZ.
LOCATION
The event will be held at St Peter’s Campsite in North Moreton. St. Peters is a small family run campsite.
The site is secluded with great views. It is dog friendly. North Moreton is a beautiful village featuring a good local pub, a play area for children, open fields and country walks.
The site is open to the public however our area will be cordoned off and private, with beautiful views of the rolling green fields and big skies.
Getting to the site
The address of the site is-
St Peters Farm Campsite
Bear Lane
North Moreton
Didcot
Oxfordshire
OX11 9AS
If you have any trouble finding it please call Jon the site owner on 07794175307
When you arrive please follow the signs and drive through the storage area (lots of caravans) to our event site where you will be met by our friendly parking marshals who will guide you to your camping pitch.
Events Timetable
The events timetable is available here but will also be on display at the site in the info tent.
Dog Owners Info
Well behaved dogs are most welcome, with a few ground rules.
Your dog must remain on a short lead on site at all times.
Dogs are not allowed in the bell tent chill zone.
If your dog is finding it difficult to remain calm and causes a disturbance to others by constant barking etc, we will kindly ask you to take a "time-out" back to your camp.
Please do not bring your dog to our morning meditations or relaxation activities.
Toilets and Showers
This site has been chosen for the incredible space and wonderful views- not the facilities! There are two electric showers on site but they are a bit of a walk (around 6-8 minutes) and some people may feel claustrophobic using them as they are in a shipping container with no natural light. There will however be a shower tent set up in our area that you are free to use. It is recommended that you bring your own means to wash if you do not wish to walk to the shower. There are also portaloos very close to our area used by people at the campsite.
Please Bring A Chair!
Chairs will not be provided. Please bring a camping chair, cushion or whatever you need to comfortably sit around the campfire or in the bell tent space.

Water
There is a water tap in the communal area
Men On Site
Our event is just for women, and our communal space will be strictly for women. Obviously we cannot police the whole site (including the portaloos) and there will be people of all genders using the campsite. One of our crew who put up the tents before the event will be on hand for maintenance is male however they will be respectful of our private area and will not be using our women only spaces. The site owner, Jon will also be in and out to feed the horses in the mornings. If anyone has any concerns about this please do email shesatthewheel@gmail.com
First Aid
Kat is a qualified outdoor first aider and there will be a first aid kit in the info tent under the table.
Firepits
You are welcome to have your own personal fire pit outside your van or you can donate some firewood to the communal pit. Firewood will be for sale onsite for around £5 per bag. Any donation to the communal firewood pile is greatly appreciated.
Communal Space
The Communal space is the firepit, bell tent hang out space, info tent, space to move area and gazebo
Here are the ground rules for our communal area-
Please only smoke in the designated smoking area.
Our event is a place for in-person connection and being in the present moment. Please keep mobile phone use to a minimum when in our communal space.
Departures
Please be aware that vehicular movement is restricted between 10am and 3.30pm on Sunday so as to not disrupt the day’s activities.
You are welcome to stay on site up until 7pm on Sunday.
Drinking/drugs Policy
This is an event that focuses on health, wellbeing and connection. To make sure everyone feels happy and safe there will be a responsible drinking policy in place. The sites we use are public campsites with a zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found to be taking illegal drugs or becoming drunk and disorderly will be asked to leave the next morning.
Cancellation Policy
Each event's costs are covered by the tickets sold. If you cancel 60 days before you will receive a refund minus a £10 charge to cover processing fees. After this time no refunds can be offered unless due to cancellation of the event by the organiser. However, after this time, you can sell on and transfer your ticket to another person in your own time. You are welcome to do this via our Facebook page. When you sell a ticket on, the new ticket holder MUST email shesatthewheel@gmail.com with their full name, age, vehicle make and model and number of dogs attending in their party as well as the full name of the person they bought it from. Please note- this policy will change next year so please keep an eye out for the new rules next year.
